I selected Dan out of a group of agents which I had screened carefully. Selling a home is a very serious task and I wanted to make sure we were in good hands. I was really impressed with Dan's track record - selling most of his homes within 2-3 weeks of listing. I wasn't expecting the best case results, but surprisingly we also sold our home in 2 weeks.. a great relief. Dan was extremely responsive at all times while working with him and made things very easy, Providing a clear plan to get the home prepared which, in our case, didn't require a lot of manual labour considering the property would be renovated anyways. I was glad to not have to paint the whole apartment just to sell it. We were able to move quickly because of this and not spend extra time / money. Almost Immediately we received very reasonable offer and were happy to sell at what we expected. Over the course of the sale process, Dan was attentive to all my concerns, no matter how small, with careful consideration. Both the results and the service dan provided were exceptional and I'm looking forward to working with him in the future.
