(Very late review here) - Dan and his team are incredible. Back in the spring of 2023, there was a small window of opportunity when the BoC put a brief pause on the key interest rate hikes (after an entire year of hikes). Dan helped us seize that opportunity to complete on three separate transactions - one on the buy side, and two on the sell side - in the span of 3 weeks, in a very tough market. The data and analytics they're able to share on their podcast as well as IRL really sets them apart from the rest. Will be engaging them again on the next one for sure!

I love Ryan and Dan! I first contacted Ryan after he sold a unit in my building after a wild bidding war. I already had a realtor… but was curious about what Ryan’s approach to selling was. We had coffee, he talked about the economy and real estate trends, he was so passionate about the process, and explained so many things to me I didn’t know or hadn’t thought about. We recently purchased our first home with Dan and could not have had a better experience. He was so wonderful to work with! He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did he help us navigate the scary world of purchasing a home, but he was able to provide insight and data that helped us gain the confidence to feel great about our decision. It chanced that we were on vacation during the final negotiations and closing. We had to rely on him for many of the negotiations and communications with the seller and our mortgage broker, and he did not let us down. It being our first vacation in many years, his flexibility and willingness to go out of his way to help were invaluable. We were lucky enough to find our dream home relatively quickly, and he stopped at nothing to ensure that we got the property we wanted. Although homes in our development were selling fast (and at asking), he was able to negotiate almost $40,000 in free upgrades! We've since learned that of the approximately 8 homes that have sold in the development since, he's the only one to have gotten anywhere near this value out of the deal. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, I cannot recommend Dan enough! He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Hopefully, we get the opportunity to work together again in the future!

We hired Dan Wurtele as our realtor to buy our first home. What we first thought would be a couple months of searching turned into a 1+ year long search and Dan was extremely patient with us the entire way. He gave us great advice and we never felt like we were being pushed or pressured into going over our budget, dropping subjects, or settling for less than what we wanted. As FTHB we had a ton of questions and he was always responsive and helpful. Ultimately, Dan helped us get "the one" that we'd been looking for, in a multi-offer situation, without going over our budget and without dropping subjects. Not only that, but he also got the sellers to agree to pay to fix the deficiencies that we discovered during our inspection, which we were totally not expecting given how competitive the market is! Dan is a miracle worker and I would 100% recommend him to anyone. We will definitely be coming back to him for our next home!!

Maybe they misspoke or didn't articulate their thoughts entirely but definitely made me roll my eyes and questioned if my values and beliefs align with them.
