My husband and I were thrilled to work with Mariko and Radner while we were buying our house. When we initially met with Mariko she came prepared with a sample offer contract and outlined everything for us which made the process FAR easier. We were planning on taking our time to find a home but within the first week of us looking together we made offers on two different places with nothing but smiles from both Mariko and Radner. Radner and Mariko are absolutely the best! After a bad experience with another realtor, a quick google search led me to Bridgewell. I reached out and was pleasantly surprised by a quick response. Right from the initial meeting we were very impressed. They came prepared with all of the information for our particular situation. They are friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly we immediately felt at ease with them. Within a couple of weeks our house was listed and sold with multiple offers and we were out searching for a new home! Every step of the way, from sale to purchase and afterwards, it was evident that they genuinely care about their clients. There was never any pressure…even when we went as far as having an offer drafted and then changed our minds the next morning! They took care of every little detail in the process and kept us well informed at every turn. Despite being super busy they were quick to respond to our many texts and phone calls. I kept delaying writing this as I can’t begin to describe how wonderful Mariko and Radner are. This was our first sale, so my husband and I interviewed a few realtors and were trying to gage how our condo would fare on the current market. Mariko and Radner came over to see the property and describe their strategies. We had never seen a real estate team so prepared. Not only did they have the comparables already, a fantastic sample brochure and area analysis but they had come with a timeline. Once we saw how far above and beyond they went before we even signed the contract we knew they were truly the gold standard. This level of customer service never ceased. Their timeline was 100% accurate, we never had any surprises and they always were available for our countless questions. They helped us prepare for the open house (even helped us move furniture!), lended some accent items, and navigated any problems with ease. We received offers after the weekend of our open house and were able to obtain the real estate dream- sell above asking price and purchase below asking price. Their negotiating skills and knowledge of the current real estate climate made us feel confident in our decisions and found us a great new home. Wow we sold our place and found one to move in, it went so smoothly!!! I am confident to say that it was possible for us to go through such a big life changing event smoothly because we found the right people (team) to work with. We planned ahead of time for looking for the right place to move for our second home sweet home. We felt the positive vibes when we met Mariko at one of many open house she has. It was the first week of starting to visit open houses. I have been in Canada almost 10yrs. I met a lot of realtor by myself and was introduced some realtor from my friends.
