I have worked with many different realtors over the years, and I can honestly say that Mariko has been by far the best. Being new to the Tri-Cities area, I found her through a random Google search, which seemed like a bit of a gamble at the time. After the first call with her however, I had the feeling that I had made the right decision and since then she never failed to impress. She was friendly, honest, (very) hard-working, smart, knowledgeable on the Tri-Cities market, and incredibly responsive. Texts or emails sent at almost any time of the day, and any day of the week and would almost always get an immediate response. She followed up requests for info very quickly, whether digging up statistics, or reaching out to property managers, contractors, or other realtors to get the requested info ASAP. It felt like she was always looking for more ways she could help, rather than just doing what was necessary. Such a pleasant change from past experiences. On the one occasion she wasn't available to show a property, her partner Radner was able to show it to us, which is a nice benefit you don't get from a single realtor. In the end, with Mariko's help my wife and I were able to find a property that we love and were able to negotiate the price down to a number within our budget. I highly recommend Mariko to anyone looking for a realtor.

I can't say enough good things about Mariko and Radner. They are AMAZING. I was previously working with another agent who wasn't very committed. Her schedule never seemed open and she wanted to do tours instead of going to see a property asap. In this crazy COVID market, I lost out on a few places due to her lack of care or concern and so I fired her. I'm so glad I didn't stick with my former agent. I know without Mariko and Radner, I wouldn't have bought my new home at the (good) price I did. Throughout it all, they were both incredibly responsive, quick to act, and gave me solid advice on how to make my offer better including a time clause that I'm sure got me the place, a clause that my former agent never even suggested when we submitted offers. If you're looking for new real estate agents, you can stop looking... and hire Mariko and Radner right now! I was having issues with a former agent (who just wasn't moving quick enough for the crazy market we're in) so I had to fire her. I'm so glad I did, because I know that without Mariko and Radner, I wouldn't have been able to buy my new place. They acted quickly, put together a contract within an hour of the showing, and I had an accepted offer that night. Radner kept ta...bs on the sellers and kept me informed so I didn't have to sit around and worry in radio silence while we waited for a reply. I had comps and could make an informed offer based on their advice (I didn't even pay over listing!) with some very smart clauses that my former realtor never suggested to me. In short, Mariko and Radner are one of the BEST agents out there and I'm so very grateful for their help.
