Hello – I’m Mariko and I am realtor and partner at Bridgewell Real Estate Group, based out of Sutton West Coast Realty. I am all about building personal relationships, effective communication, and aggressive sales to get the job done. My unique combination of education, experience, customer service relations, negotiation expertise, and market knowledge make me the perfect match for your home selling or buying challenges and goals. Why do I love my job?
I am obsessed with all things real estate, to say the least. I am the voice of this website and the Bridgewell blog, and am extremely passionate about educating buyers and sellers (and sometimes other realtors!) about the real estate process via the online and offline world.
Meeting new people every day and hearing their stories, their dreams, and being able to re-locate them to their perfect home or sell their home in most innovative way is what I live for. I find it extremely exciting that I am given the opportunity and responsibility to help so many different people reach milestones in their life through real estate. I understand that real estate is one of the largest financial decisions someone has to make, and I really enjoy providing my clients with the feeling that I am serious about them and their goals and that, to me, they’re not just a number.
If my clients aren’t happy, I am not happy. It is as simple as that. My #1 goals are to listen, communicate, educate, and then move you one step closer ( or hopefully many steps! ) to your financial goals, and ultimately, freedom. Also: I love a good negotiation. The kind of clients I tend to work with are…
I tend to work with a lot of people who appreciate honesty and hard-work. My clients are the type of clients that are looking for an excellent customer service experience, and are also looking for guidance when it comes to the market, negotiations, and contracts. I pride myself on being straight with my clients (even if what I have to say isn’t what they want to hear), while still being able to keep the fun in real estate alive. What neighbourhoods do I often work in?
My main focus areas are the Tri-Cities; however I work extensively in New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Burnaby, Surrey, and Vancouver as well. I’ve lived in every city throughout different times in my life so I know the ins and outs! I love the potential and growth of each city, and their development over the years. I am fascinated by change, the market, and its analysis – and on top of that I am passionate about educating my clients. My knowledge of the market is deeply rooted in my education in Economics and former conveyancing experience dealing with real estate contracts.Where do I live right now? Why do I love where I live?
Right now I’m living in Port Moody right around the Burrard Inlet. It’s a borderline waterfront property, and I can walk 15 minutes right in to the downtown core of Port Moody, or walk 25 minutes in to Rocky Point Park. It’s the perfect balance of both quiet and tucked away in the trees, and the hustle and bustle of downtown Port Moody. It’s more nature oriented than the other areas that I’ve been in before [Port Coquitlam & Coquitlam], so I like how I can explore. When I’m not working you can find me…
I like to work hard… so to be honest, I’m usually working… or working out! I love kickboxing (right now I’m at 30 Minute Hit!), going to the gym, running, yoga (I go to Kushala Yoga), hiking, and just generally getting my endorphins flowing.
When I’m taking a break, I’m usually cuddling with my weiner dog Bailey [daschund love], spending time with family, cooking up new concoctions, or eating (aka stuffing my face with food). I love finding new restaurants and indulging. I’m also a coffee snob, and like to explore different coffee shops around the Greater Vancouver area.
I’m also an avid traveller. Most recently, I’ve been to Peru, Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia, Japan, New York, and Tofino. My recent travelling accomplishments are scuba diving in Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, concurring Machu Picchu in Peru, and backpacking from South to North of Vietnam! My next trip planned is to Yellowstone National Park, Utah’s Mighty 5, and the Grand Canyon for a hiking extravaganza.ABOUT RADNER REYES RADNER REYES – REALTOR

HARD WORK AND INNOVATION
I am truly passionate about real estate and enjoy helping others reach their goals. To me, numbers don’t lie and careful analysis of statistics is a major driving factor when executing marketing campaigns.
After my experience as the business development executive of a Cloud technology company in Burnaby, my background in marketing and sales has launched my career in real estate by providing the market with traditional and innovative strategies to sell homes. Thorough market research, modern and innovative marketing strategies paired with outbound sales processes is critical to our success. I use these skills everyday in real estate and the marketing world is constantly changing so I’m a bit obsessed with seeing what works and what doesn’t.
Hard work and analytics – that’s how I help our clients get to their goals. Why do I love my job?
I realized that everything I do with my life can affect the people I work with and their close friends and family. Because this industry can put in me in situations that require great responsibility, it also continues to push me to my fullest potential. I find myself to be a very competitive and results-driven person. When I am able to put my clients in the best possible position and come out with more than they asked for – I feel like I am moving in the right direction and see my purpose.
To gain an edge in the market – it is necessary to continue self-development and leverage new technology. Whenever I get the opportunity to help home buyers or sellers, I enjoy watching our strategies create amazing results for them. In this industry that is always changing, it is my duty to make sure everyone I work with is supported in the best way possible. What neighbourhoods do I often work in?
While I’ve called Coquitlam home for over 28 years, I started my career mostly working in the Tri-Cities. Seeing it change these few years allowed me to witness the growth of businesses and families. As time goes by, people from outside of the Tri-Cities want to move in or vice versa, which has given me the opportunity to work in a number of areas in both Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley from Burnaby to Langley! At this point, I go where my clients need me.When I’m not working you can find me…
Eating. I love travelling and trying the food of the countries I visit. That’s something love about the Greater Vancouver – it is so culturally diverse you can find so many different restaurants from different places. If I’m not eating, you will probably find me hiking up a mountain or working out to burn the calories I have been eating.Check out what Bridgewell Real Estate Group's previous clients have to say HERE
