Mariko and Radner helped our move from Ontario to Vancouver. It was a rather difficult task since we had to do this cross Canada move with very very young kids and we didn’t know anyone in Vancouver. From the beginning, they listened carefully to our needs and gave suggestions on neighborhoods that really met our need. The house search wasn’t easy because of low inventory. They were willing to go a step further to send DM to specific neighborhoods that we are interested, and it worked at the end! We did get our house from there. During the search, Mariko helped a lot on due diligence, and for example, she helped us search easement records and city registration for houses we were interested and even helped us to identify the model of range hood from an online virtual tour video. They also did a great job on negotiating price with the seller since the asking price was ridiculous and they made it to a reasonable market value. We really appreciate their invaluable services and will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Mariko, Radner and Kiyomi and the rest of the team were amazing at helping us find our home! Don't let the query fool you though, this team is well versed in a number of areas within British Columbia. I first corresponded with Mariko (man, does she know her craft) and then I went on listing viewings with Kiyomi (man, does SHE know her craft). I also met Radner on a listing viewing and he imparted some wisdom that I carried with me from that point on. But wait, there's more, the team behind the scenes...Gautam and Kieu. Everyone was patient, kind, understanding and professional and I know I can be a bit much at times...not meaning to be but wanting to get the best deal and understanding I can. They all made me feel heard and understood. I will use this team for the rest of my life, for all of my real estate transactions in BC.
