I’ve moved with my family 7 or 8 times in my life and experienced working with many realtors through my parents. The experience I had with Mariko and Radner was the best and most amazing ever. Having been a real estate agent myself for 12 years, I have never met a team like this. Mariko and Radner went way beyond their work of duty to help a client that was going through a real hard time. I have dealt with a few realtors in my life and they are by far the most professional, informative, respectful team I have ever encountered. The sale of my condo went so smoothly that I had to contact them for my next purchase. They were more than glad to pick me up and drive me to any showings that I wanted to see. there was no pushiness, or sales...man conning to by something I would not be happy with. As a matter of fact it was brought to my attention if there was going to be any future issues. I appreciated that. I feel these 2 are my friends as well as my realtors. They even laughed at my jokes. We had the pleasure of staging Mariko & Bradners listing on Panarama Way Coq. They were delightful to work with, met us with their clients to go over the property prior to staging, they certainly had incredable patience. The clients had many concerns and by the end of our walk thru..they were excited! We had a very short window to stage due to movers being late and prior to photographer booking. They were amazing as they chipped in to help gather items off the truck along with big beautiful smiles! We managed to stage the property in the speed of light thanks to them!
