Well, where do I start? As many people I was really apprehensive about choosing a realtor since I am selling and buying a property simultaneously. So, I interviewed 6 realtors. Everyone had their advantages and disadvantages. It’s all about finding the right realtor for you. For me it was the hassle and time that was the biggest deciding factor. I called Rajiv on the day before I was making a decision, after I met with 5 other realtors. Having booked for the rest of the week Rajiv told me he can meet me on the weekend. I told him I’m looking to make an immediate decision. And 2 hours later Rajiv met with me with a full presentation on how he plans on selling my house. He was the only realtor who came with a contract. The only sales person who believed in his ability. Working in sales myself, this was the right person I was looking for.
