Rajiv is the absolute best realtor! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, proactive and trustworthy. At our first meeting, he came in with a complete marketing plan to sell our house. He prepared to have photos, video and house staging all completed the following week, and we had multiple offers and sold our place after just two open house weekends. The whole process was quick and painless, but I never felt rushed and was very informed of every step of the process. He was equally amazing at helping us buy our new home, and has an amazing network if you need anything. Movers, building inspector, mortgage broker recommendations, he even knew someone who could fix my car. I also loved how he is a grade A communicator. Some meetings I wanted it old school where he would print the documents, come over to my house and walk me through everything in person. At other stages of the house selling/buying process, we communicated through email and docusign which was super convenient as I wouldn’t be available in person. He was also super fast in responding to all my texts, emails and phone calls, even in the evenings or weekends. He really took away all the stress of buying and selling a home, which is honestly priceless and I would 100% recommend him to anyone who wants a top professional who will guarantee get the job done! He has a customer for life with me!
