Where do I start......Christy Laniado is a realtor that goes that extra mile for her clients and as a buyers agent she was excellent to work with. Christy was aware that I was looking within several different communities between the Sea to Sky Corridor and Vancouver Island. She was patient, professional, and what she didn't know....she looked into and found the answer. As part of her value added customer centric mind set, Christy introduced herself to all of the neighbours, found out who they were and what the neighbourhood was like. She was fantastic in dealing with a seller's agent who's only concern seemed to be about moving onto the next deal and was not cooperative or mindful of some of the challenges we faced during the process.
