With a background in the vibrant tourism industry, Jenn's role was to captivate visitors with the charm and allure of her hometown. This early career instilled in her a profound love for the South Island and a knack for making newcomersfeel right at home. In 2004, she seamlessly transitioned into real estate,driven by her genuine desire to assist individuals and families in navigating the process of buying and selling their homes.

In 2011, Jenn joined forces with Mike to establish a formidable real estate team renowned for its unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service and an approachable, yet professional demeanor. Her outstanding contributions have earned her accolades, including recognition as an MLS Award Winner and recipient of the prestigious President’s Gold Award. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jenn is deeply involved in community service initiatives. As a volunteer realtor for Langford’s Affordable Housing Program, she extends support to low-income families in realizing their dreams of homeownership. Actively engaged with the Rotary Club of West Shore, Jenn alsochampions causes close to her heart, including The Royal LePage ShelterFoundation and The Cridge Centre for the Family. At home in the Westshore, Jenn cherishes moments spent with her husband, son, and their dog, Murphy. They eagerly embrace outdoor adventures whenever possible,
reveling in the natural splendor that surrounds them.

Rhys Duch

Is no stranger to a little friendly competition. As a newly retired professional lacrosse player, and former member of the Victoria Shamrocks lacrosse team, he knows that a good strategy, hard work, and supporting your team every step of the way is how you get the outcome you want. He applies this same energy to his real estate clients. Since 2015, Rhys has worked as a licensed realtor in Victoria, BC. He loves to help take the stress out of buying and selling homes and getting his clients settled into the perfect space for them and their families. For Rhys, the South Island is the perfect place to raise a family and stay connected to friends - no one is ever more than 30 minutes away, and we are surrounded by oceans, mountains, and forests.

He is also passionate about supporting local sports teams through coaching, active volunteering at community events, and sponsorships. Rhys lives in the Westshore with his amazing wife Jenna, and son Finnley, and daughter Taylor.

Sarah Williamson

Since 2006, Sarah has been dedicated to representing buyers and sellers in the Greater Victoria area for over 18 years. Throughout this period, she has focused on assisting clients in navigating the dynamic real estate market with confidence, always prioritizing their needs. Sarah values each client's priorities and has extensive experience, particularly with those requiring real-time interactive video showings, a service appreciated by clients unable to be physically present in town.

Having collaborated with various out-of-town clients, including those undergoing military transfers and RCMP relocations (BGRS clients), Sarah emphasizes initiating the process before clients' physical presence. In the midst of the current market adjustments, she underscores the significance of experience, knowledge, and a sincere commitment to ensuring a smooth and stress-free move.

Beyond real estate endeavors, Sarah channels her passion into supporting women and children facing domestic violence across Canada. Actively involved with the Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation, she has undertaken two Treks for Shelter, enduring challenging hikes covering 100km while camping in tents and facing ever-changing climates. This commitment aims to raise awareness and funds for the crucial cause.

Despite a busy schedule, Sarah remains open to discussions about real estate and how she can assist individuals with their specific real estate needs.

Kerry Marshall

Originally from the Shuswap, has studied and worked in Victoria for over 15 years. After completing her Bachelor's Degree in psychology and business at UVic, she gained experience in finance working in the Canadian banking sector. Kerry then took her skills into both leadership and analyst roles with the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General.

Kerry has always had a keen interest in real estate and often puts her eye for design and style to work when searching for her client’s homes and investment properties. Whether assisting newcomers to the island or helping locals find their perfect home, she is dedicated to matching clients with their dream homes or investment properties. With her comprehensive market analysis and extensive network, Kerry ensures her clients receive great service and expert guidance every step of the way.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kerry finds fulfillment in being an active member of the community. She’s lived in many parts of Victoria but has called Central Saanich home for the past several years along with her partner, Steve, and their rescue pup, Cash.
