Born and raised in New Westminster, Wes Goss brings a deep-rooted connection to the community and a decade-plus of real estate experience to every client relationship. Before entering real estate, Wes earned a Bachelor of Arts - Geography & English, and Bachelor of Education from the University of British Columbia. Wes spent five years as a secondary school teacher with the Vancouver School Board. That background laid the foundation for his strength in communication, education, and navigating complex decisions—skills that continue to serve his clients today.

Real estate runs in Wes' blood. As the son of two long time REALTORS®, he grew up immersed in the business and officially joined the industry in 2010. A year later, he partnered with his mother, Patti Goss, to form what is now one of New Westminster’s most trusted and respected real estate teams.

Living in New West with his partner, Meghan, their son Cruze and Shiba Inu Deniro (aka @denirotheshiba), Wes is passionate about giving back to the community that raised him. Over the years Wes & Patti take pride in supporting and donating to a wide range of local organizations: the Arts Council, New Westminster Royals Minor Hockey Association, New Westminster Salmonbellies Lacrosse, Backpack Buddies, Children’s Miracle Network, KidSport, Fraser River Middle School, New Westminster Secondary School, Meals on Wheels, New Westminster Animal Shelter and others.

Outside of real estate, Wes has always been an avid athlete and lifelong sports fan. From weekly men’s league hockey games to rounds of golf and weekend wakeboarding, he’s always staying active. He loves boating at the family cabin on Missezula Lake, spending time with his family and enjoying a great cup of coffee, cold beer or garnished Caesar.

I'm a real estate agent in the city of New Westminster and together with my son Wes, we are a top producing team at RE/MAX All Points. The thing I love about New Westminster is that it still has that small town feel even though it has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years. I not only call New West home but it’s where I work and where I’ve raised my son. In the last 26 years, I have helped countless families and individuals buy and sell property in and around New Westminster. I also serve on the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce as one of the Directors. This keeps me in tune with the development of our city and surrounding areas. I simply can’t get enough of the people, culture and great community here! I love helping others find a place they too can call home.

As a realtor, I see the importance of providing clients with great customer service, consistent communication and strong attention to detail. It has always been my focus to ensure that from start to finish the process of selling and buying is both a positive and rewarding experience for all parties involved. I value establishing good relationships, both with our clients but also with other realtors as this is essential to conducting good business. Everything about how we do business has a personal touch and that’s something that will never change.

A few things you might not know about me. Two of my biggest obsessions are shoes and purses. I also love cooking …when I have the time that is! I make one mean Lasagna…and oh a pretty good beef stroganoff too. Every second Friday of the month I spend my mornings volunteering with Meals on Wheels, where I help deliver warm meals to seniors within our community. I’m also a proud sponsor of the Youth Ambassador Society that provides mentorship aimed at better preparing young men and women for their future careers. On my rare days off I either spend my day in therapeutic cleaning sessions at my condo or head up to Missezula Lake to visit the family cabin. I think keeping healthy is important and yoga is one of the things I do to keep my general health in check! I’m always on the go whether it’s meeting with clients, hosting open houses or spending time with family and friends. Life’s too short not to enjoy it!
