Real Living Vancouver Real Estate Group Sarah Dennis PREC & Johanna Osato

Buying or selling a home is something most of us only do a few times, if ever, in our lives, and it is filled with enormous decisions on an emotional and fiscal level that has no equal. It feels like there are a million and one things to consider and many of these carry incredible weight and resources. I can say without hesitation that working with Johanna Osato and Sarah Dennis wasn’t only one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life, but one that allowed me and my family to transition in a positive and comforting way. While they never had a room in our home, this experience felt like they were as involved as if it were their own home and family. It is with eternal gratitude that I post this review for this wonderful experience.

Johanna is honest, passionate, hardworking and highly experience in real estate. Her number one priority is keeping her clients happy and stress free. Johanna understands the local housing market here in Vancouver and gets the job done in a professional manner. She is always willing to put in the time and effort to ensure her clients have a successful outcome.

Buying and selling a home is a life altering decision - one that had us trying to carefully balance our logical and emotion sides. Sarah and Johanna’s knowledge of the North Shore, responsiveness, and positive demeanors made our experience positive, and as free of stress as possible. They helped us find the most perfect (truly perfect) new home, and then were ready to turn around and sell our house quickly (for over asking). They were professional and helped our home look it’s best with the help of Michelle who offered advice and her staging expertise. We were so impressed, we have asked Michelle to help us place our art and decor when we move in. Thank you all for getting to know us, so we could find the home that met our every request - despite the long list of ‘must haves’. We are so excited for our new chapter and are so grateful you were our first call when we considered making a move. Much love, Stephanie, Chris, Tori and Piper

Sarah and Johanna are an absolute pleasure to work with! They helped us find our new home, and we are grateful for their excellent services! Both are fantastic communicators, very professional, very personable, patient and they offer great ideas and recommendations, paired with their experience and great knowledge of the housing market. They really went above and beyond throughout the whole process, and made it an enjoyable experience! Highly recommended!

We had an absolute blast working with Johanna and Sarah both when we were buying and selling our property. We were very excited about a place in North Van when we were buying, but Johanna strongly discouraged us after reviewing the strata docs and finding out some details we didn't know about. That's when I knew they were in this to help their clients instead of closing the deal as early as possible and moving on. We ended up buying another apartment with their help, and surely enough we knocked on their door when it was time to sell. They made every step of the way easy for us. They are professional and lovely people to work with!

Johanna and Sarah are exceptional! I am (was) a first time home buyer and they came recommended to me through another agent. From the initial intro call I had with Johanna they made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Buying a home is a daunting endeavour, especially your first, on your own, and they were always available to answer any questions I had; even when those questions came to me at all hours of the day. I got to know both Johanna and Sarah through multiple viewings and they were both timely, friendly, knowledgeable and asked the questions I didn’t know to ask the sellers. The market seems to be ever changing but in every situation I encountered they knew the best course of action which inevitably lead me to finding my first home. I can’t thank Johanna and Sarah enough for supporting and empowering me throughout this process and I highly recommend their services. Thank you, ladies, you’re the best!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Johanna & Sarah when looking for our home. They were always extremely responsive (no matter what time of day) and had great suggestions based on the area that we were interested in. All throughout the negotiations and closing they were there quickly handling everything for us, always being on top of things, reaching out to us with any updates, patiently explaining each step of the process and always had our best interest in mind. If the time ever comes for us to look for a new home, there isn't any doubt on who our realtor will be! :)

Amazing, thorough team with great advice and excellent knowledge of the market. I worked with Johanna and she really listened to what I wanted in a property and didn't give up until she found the best option. Couldn't recommend enough!

Sarah and Johanna were amazing to work with through the process of selling one home and purchasing another, all in the midst of a global pandemic. They were attentive to our likes/dislikes, and went above and beyond to not only complete the somewhat tricky sale on the existing property but also help us find the home of our dreams and turn that dream into reality. I can't recommend them enough for anyone who wants to work with a professional duo of Realtors who not only get the job done, but also truly care about their clients and work tirelessly to make their dreams come true :).

Johanna helped us with both our sale and purchase of our new home. She was amazing at guiding us through both processes. She got us over asking for our Chinatown condo in a very slow market. When it came to buying our new condo she actually knew the perfect condo for us before we did. After looking at a bunch of townhomes and condos we ended up buying the first condo she told us about. We absolutely love our new home and most likely wouldn't have gotten it had it not been for Johanna. 100% going to recommend her to all our friends and family.

Sarah & Johanna were unbelievably helpful in the listing and quick selling of our rental property at a very good price. While always professional, they were also incredibly friendly and fun, and made the process much less stressful than it would have otherwise been, including great referrals for painters, stagers, etc.

Sarah and Johanna helped me buy my first condo in Vancouver. I had an amazing experience with them. They made the entire process go very smoothly. The experience was personal, engaging, and fun! They also helped me saving a lot of money by getting a great deal in the negotiations. Also they don't leave you alone once the deal is done. They organize events and get-togethers for their ex-clients and create a community. I would recommend Sarah and Johanna any day. In the future if I am to buy or sell any property in Vancouver, they would be my go to people.
