Real Living Vancouver Real Estate Group Sarah Dennis PREC & Johanna Osato

Sarah is amazing! She looked after all our needs and sold our condo. I recommend Sarah wherever someone is looking for a realtor. Thank you

Sarah was wonderful. She was extremely patient with us and very knowledgable about the market. Sarah sold our house and found us an ideal condominium which we love living in. I highly recommend her.

Johanna is professional, an excellent communicator, and she gave us all the information we needed for the purchase of our first home. She was so thorough and guided us through the process with ease. We would highly recommend working with her!

Johanna is an amazing realtor. She was quick to reply to all of our questions and made us feel well supported throughout our home buying journey. 100% would recommend.

Johanna was recommended by a friend, and she helped me find my first home. Everything was wonderful, from the beginning of our collaboration to the completion of the live deal. Now, I am eagerly awaiting the closing date. Working with Johanna was incredibly easy, she is highly professional. She explained everything in detail and pointed out various nuances that an ordinary person might miss, leveraging her extensive real estate experience to highlight the pros and cons of each property. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends!

Johanna and Sarah were amazing with the recent sale of my Vancouver apartment. It was a hard one to leg go of but they were consistently honest, helpful and genuine in their interactions and had a demonstrated clear care and hard work throughout. Thanks you too for a lovely experience to you both and your amazing team!

Sarah Dennis has been absolutely outstanding as our Realtor. She managed to list our property and obtain a solid offer on the first day of our open house, which was accepted. As a Realtor she goes above and beyond expectations, she offers a balanced perspective and tirelessly and with great positive energy goes to task on all work required. She is an amiable and very lovely lady to work with on a personal level. We recommend her highly!

We would highly recommend our realtor Johanna. She is balance of fun, composed, calm, and professional! As first time homebuyers, we were nervous, but she provided lots of guidance, and answered all of our questions above and beyond, making it a super positive experience. She was very responsive by email, phone and text. She was extremely diligent in reviewing materials (strata documents etc.) and was savvy at what to look out for. Johanna was able to understand what we were looking for in a place and actually recommended the neighbourhood / home we ended up purchasing. We also interacted with Sarah and had very positive interactions as well. Johanna was recommended to us by a family friend which just shows the positive experiences overall. Johanna made sure that we had good referrals to a mortgage broker and any other services we were looking for, and we knew we could trust her recommendation.

Personable and professional - Sarah and Johanna were great to work with. They made the process of buying a home easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Sarah Dennis and Johanna Osato were transparent, communicative, thoughtful and knowledgeable, as well as a delight to work with. My spouse and I had a family tragedy that resulted in needing to both sell and buy in Vancouver rapidly, which we were completely unprepared for. During what for us was a fraught and upsetting time, they were consistently patient, kind and professional. As individuals, we could not have enjoyed working with them more; but let's address what we’re all really concerned about in the Real Estate Market- money! Johanna and Sarah helped us prioritize repairs and sell a property that, with their help, went for above asking price with no conditions (amazing) AND then they negotiated down the price of the place we bought! Along with an impressive network of professional craftsmen and excellent advice to support our transitions, we know that they truly listened, worked hard and got us the best possible outcome. Despite this all happening during a low market and other less than ideal circumstances. So for those of you looking for realtors - we can not recommend Sarah and Johanna enough! From both a professional and personal level they absolutely exceeded our expectations and we are incredibly grateful for them both!

I had an outstanding experience working with Sarah and Joanna! They are an incredible team of real estate agents who managed to sell my condo within just two weeks for the full asking price. From our first meeting, it was evident that Sarah and Joanna possess in-depth knowledge of the market and are true professionals in their field. They guided me through the entire selling process, providing valuable insights and keeping me informed at every step. Their dedication and hard work were evident as they went above and beyond to showcase my property to potential buyers. Their expert negotiation skills helped secure the best possible deal, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I am sincerely grateful to Sarah and Joanna for making this experience stress-free and for their exceptional service. If you're looking for real estate agents who get results, I highly recommend Sarah and Joanna – they are the best! Thank you both for everything!

I cannot recommend Johanna and Sarah enough. My husband and I completed on our first property this year and we worked primarily with Johanna. From the very first meeting Johanna was fantastic, she was approachable, knowledgeable and personable. Buying a property can be daunting, especially as first time buyers but Johanna never once made us feel out of our depths. Her work ethic is incredible, nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we had all the information available to make informed decisions. Thank you so much Johanna and the team for making this experience what it was. Natalie and Leon Wilde

Johanna and Sarah were amazing to work with in the sale of our property. Top Notch with professionalism especially working with our tenant and keeping us informed through the whole process! They got the job done and we are thrilled! If your looking to Sell your home , Johanna and Sarah at Oakwyn Realty are YOUR team!

Johanna is a professional and thoughtful realtor who was on top of all matters from start to finish. She really listened to me and was extremely responsive to every one of my questions no matter how small. Johanna helped me figure out my ‘must haves’ and stayed calm and consistent throughout the process. We just closed on an ideal new place which I’m excited to call home!

I am so grateful to Johanna for all the support during our house sale. We unexpectedly decided to sell our home after moving overseas, and we relied on Johanna immensely!! She worked so hard and graciously did extra work outside of the normal expectations of a realtor since we were out of country. She worked tirelessly showing our house in a slow market, managing our tenants in a way that they felt respected and supported, and kept in consistent communication with us ensuring we were informed and updated. When offers were received, she gave grounded advice and fully represented our interests. The whole process went so smoothly and I now recommend her to all of my friends. She isn't just a realtor, I also count her as a dear friend and I'm so thankful to have had her support.

We worked with Johanna for few years and watched the market go up and down. Her patient game saved us from making a rushed decision and together we found a fantastic spot that we love. She made the effort to understand our tastes and practical needs, and we only looked at places that checked all our boxes. She made a difficult process approachable and fun.

a former co-worker of mine referred oakwyn realty when i moved back to vancouver bc and was looking to buy a condo. i told johanna and sarah my budget and they both worked really hard to help me out. it took a while and when we found the condo that fitted my budget i was very surprised and impressed that i was able to get my ideal condo in less than a week. i highly recommended oakwyn realty for their professionalism and their dedication to help their clients.

I would recommend Johanna without reservation to anyone looking to sell their Vancouver property. She is transparent, motivated, extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Johanna provided me with a clear overview of the present market, supplied relevant data, proposed a strategy to maximise the value of my property, helped me with the particulars of selling a tenanted property, and worked so considerately with my tenant to ensure access for viewings. She has a great read on buyers and followed every opportunity through with the buyers' agents. Throughout the process, she provided me with regular updates and excellent ongoing communication. She acted quickly on leads, gave me the information I needed to make decisions and stepped in with advice when requested. I really could not be happier with the process.

Sarah helped me find a wonderful home back in 2015 and she nailed it - I'm still loving it! She's the most patient, thoughtful, genuine, encouraging, fun realtor ever! And she's super knowledgeable too! I'd totally recommend her - she delivers and is delightful to work with.

Sarah was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to our needs. She was wonderful to work with selling our condo in four days and helping us buy our new one at the same time. She is undoubtedly the best agent that I have ever worked with and would highly recommend her. Kathy Y. Richard W.

Our experience with Johanna and Sarah was amazing! They worked great as a team and left no gaps. They were quick to respond and readily available when we needed things done. The knowledge of the real estate industry that these two possess was critical in helping us find a home. They were both very patient and professional while dealing with a couple of first time home buyers. This made the process incredibly smooth. Thank you Johanna and Sarah! We would highly recommend their services!

Sarah & Johanna were awesome! I've bought two homes and sold one with them now. They've always been reliable, responsive, and really on top of things. In my most recent purchase and sale, I was really impressed with how efficiently they were able to coordinate all of the numerous things to do on a very short-time frame, and explained the process throughout. They were both always available for questions and helped guide me through the process for both buying and selling, and their advice was very much appreciated. Also, they're both just very likable, have good senses of humour, and easy to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I will be recommending them to friends and family!

I purchased my current property and first home with Sarah and Johanna back in 2019. They took the time to get to know what I was looking for, answered my questions, and were very observant in picking up my preferences within a few showings. The both of them helped lower the stress of my experience as a first time homebuyer tremendously. Highly recommend any homebuyers to work with this amazing team!

Sarah and Johanna where amazing. They both know what they are doing and as a 1st time home buyer they walked us through everything we needed to know. They put our mind at ease, and where great at getting us to the finish line. Very happy with their help and will be back :) Highly recommend getting in touch with them.

Sarah and Johanna were recommended by my friend. They are very professional, explained me all the process right from the start and answered all of my questions right away. The tools that they provided for a search are excellent and I had all the information I needed. We looked at a few properties and they asked the owner and the Realtor all the questions if I missed any. After each showing I received a detailed feedback on what I should look for and what was their impression of the place. The whole buying process couldn't been easier. Negotiation skills are exceptional! I was explained all the steps and completed the purchase on time. To my pleasant surprise, after the purchase I had tons of help from them regarding all the post-sale services (strata and etc). I already recommended their services to all of my friends with no hesitation!
