Sarah and Johanna provided amazing and exceptional service with the sale of my father's house following his passing earlier in the year. They came in right from the beginning and did much more than simply selling the house. They helped us with getting the house cleaned, the exterior power washed, and the landscaping improved. Taking care of a loved-ones estate upon their passing is very stressful, and after we cleared the house out, I was essentially able to give them the keys for them to take care of everything in terms of getting the house up for sale. Johanna even took the time to get us multiple quotes when we had to hire outside services. On pricing, they were able to get us a quick sale and provided great advice on the negotiations. They were invaluable to the sale of the house and took a huge stress off our shoulders during a difficult time. They are methodical and very knowledgeable about the local market. Sarah and Johanna are hard working, honest real estate agents who gone beyond what they need to do to help you. We sold our house with their help when we had a difficult tenant that we had to get out first and who had become a hoarder. He didn't leave til the last possible moment and left the house in a disastrous state. We managed to get him out and had a massive cleaning job that Sarah and Johanna oversaw for us.
