Vargha helped my son and I purchase his first home. Vargha's assistance was invaluable in: assessing the options; making an offer (which was lower than what we had planned to offer) which was accepted without condition; and finalizing the purchase. What makes Vargha stand out from my previous real estate transactions is that we had fun. I will certainly return to Vargha for future real estate transactions.

Vargha was extremely helpful when I was buying my first apartment. He was always patient with my questions and gave knowledgeable answers and suggestions. I do believe he was crucial in negotiating the lowest price which helped me as a young person entering the housing market. I will definitely be working with Vargha again!

Vargha is amazing. He has been me and my wife’s realtor and friend since 2008 and has always gone above and beyond for us! We are thankful for everything he’s done to help move us forward in our lives by getting us into the housing market at a young age, 14 years ago. We look forward to continuing to work with him and put 100% trust in him on finding our forever family home when the time comes

We look forward to working with him again when we are ready to continue to move forward and we trust that when that time comes he’ll get our family into our forever home! I met Vargha when he was the seller's listing agent for the purchase of my first home back in 2009, and he has been my extended family's go-to agent ever since. He has a tremendous knowledge of the tri-cities area from which are the best schools, to buildings that have had issues. I've also found him very responsive to phone calls and requests to see places. What stands out for me most about Vargha, though, is the time I asked him about selling my home and we chatted and he advised me NOT to do it, even though it would have been in his best interest to take the listing. His advice, based on my circumstances and the market at the time, was golden, and my house has literally doubled in value since that time. Because of this, I trust him implicitly when it comes to real estate. He also cares about the community and makes annual charitable donations on behalf of his clients. I recommend Vargha highly.

I have bought and sold a number of properties with Vargha over the last 20 years, he has always been there to help with valuable information, insights and he does a great job finding the perfect fit for his customers. Vargha has also helped a large number of my friends and family buy and sell real estate over the years and his business is successful because his clients are treated like family. That is the reason the vast majority of his business is repeat customers or referrals from grateful customers!

I have used Vargha's services 3 times over the last year3. He always been available and helpful. He would return my call or text almost instantly. He managed to find two superb proprieties for a good price and sold my condo within two weeks over asking price. I would highly recommend Vargha for buying/selling a home, and will use him again when the time comes to buy/sell.

We worked with Vargha for the purchase and sale of our first home (condo) as well as the purchase of our current home (townhouse). Vargha is great at what he does -- a consummate professional, well-connected, knowledgeable about neighbourhoods and trends, as well as friendly, approachable, and easy-to-talk to. We always recommend him to family and friends who ask about finding a good partner to buy or sell a property and will continue to use his services for all our real estate needs going forward!

Vargha is an exceptional realtor. We have been using him for our realtor with our family for many years! He is thoughtful and respectful of your time and your needs if you’re looking to buy or sell. He doesn’t close a deal until you’re satisfied and you feel comfortable in your decision.
