We used Vargha to purchase a home during the wildly unpredictable COVID-19 market and leaned heavily on him to provide is with a strategy and sage advice as to how to navigate purchasing a home. Vargha's advice was extremely valuable and we purchased an amazing home. We rely on Vargha for all of our real estate needs and will do so again.

Vargha has found us our last two homes and made the transition as seamless as possible. He is devoted to his clients and will do his best to find them what they are looking for, rather than push them into something they don’t want. We have loved working with him!

I was looking to buy my very first home and a friend recommended Vargha to me. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. As a newbie to the real estate process I had no idea what I needed to do, but Vargha guided me through every step of the way. Vargha knew exactly what I needed even when I had no clue what I was looking for! I appreciated Vargha’s patience and many years of experience. When my offer went to a bidding war, Vargha’s wise advice helped me secure the deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Vargha again or recommend him to family. If you’re looking for a realtor who will take care of you like you are family I recommended having a chat with Vargha!

Vargha has been our real-estate professional on multiple occasions. His professionalism and market knowledge were immediately apparent, and appreciated. Both the selling and buying processes were smooth and thorough, alleviating the stresses that are normally associated with “the largest transaction of your life”. He has remained in contact throughout the years, showing true care and making us feel more than just a client. We would recommend Vargha to any and all.
