About Vargha

A long-time resident of the Tri-Cities, Vargha was raised and educated in Coquitlam and now resides in Port Moody. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, he began his career in 1999 and joined RE/MAX in 2001. His dedication has been recognized with numerous honours, including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame (2004), Lifetime Achievement Award (2010), and the GVR Medallion Lifetime Award—ranking among the top 10% of agents in Greater Vancouver for over 20 consecutive years. He is consistently ranked among the top three individuals in his office. Vargha works with both buyers and sellers across a wide range of neighbourhoods in Greater Vancouver, with a focus on luxury homes and resale properties in Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge. This realtor tried to sell a home we were renting. He was absolutely unprofessional and cruel. We had a 5 week old baby and two other kids under 5. He posted photos of their faces in the online ads even though we were clear that we were concerned about it. He wrote a 4 page letter criticizing our 4 year old over one single showing we didn’t vacate the house for- somehow to support our landlords claim he intended to move in. It was atrocious. Privacy complaints, lawsuits- which the RTB agreed was behaviour the arbitrator had not seen in her hundreds of cases. We never had any issues with our landlord or property managers over the years we lived there and this man was destructive and careless beyond belief- he didn’t even realize his behaviour was hindering the landlords RTB case.
