We were introduced to David and his team in Nov 2018. David helped us sell our condo in Richmond within 2 days. Days prior to closing we discovered a leak under the dish washer. David and his team, Melvin Chan and Sandra Macdonald came to the rescue. Melvin liaised with the plumber and allowed them access, while Sandra shopped for a new dish washer. All I had to do was order it and Sandra took care of the rest. I was initially very stressed out, however, David and his team took care it and I didn't have to worry about anything. Once the condo sold, we asked David to find us a new place and to sell our townhouse. We recognized it was a buyers market and knew if would be a challenge. Again, David and his team took care of everything for us. Sandra came over on short notice and staged the entire place, while David sent his movers to remove all the clutter (mostly kids toys) prior to the sale. Long story short, David was able to sell our place and get us into a brand new home. I recommend David and his team to anyone that is looking to sell or buy. They threat you like family and gets the job done!!!

When I switched to David, people were wanting to make offers before the home was even listed, and in the end, we received multiple offers way above the asking price. I was really impressed with how well David executed the whole process – both for the sale and purchase of my homes. I will definitely use them again in the sale and/or purchase of my next property and I recommend you do too!
