I am tenant first time renting through the Agency and I must say I was a little hesitant because I thought there will be lack of genuine concern while dealing not with the property owner directly. I was very wrong. From the day one everything was going smoothly, everything was addressed promptly. Communication with the Tang and Kung team is on point and I feel very well taken care of. Recently I had some issues with appliances and since the owner has decided respectfully to buy new instead of repairing I went through the switch process in the most busy and stressful time of year, Christmas/New Years, with extreme weather conditions postponing the delivery. It was all sorted out as quickly as possible and Natalie and Karen from Tang and Kung were following up almost daily and even showed me their appreciation with a thoughtful gift card for a bit of the troubles. I am very grateful tenant.

Its never easy to find the home that makes you happy, but from first calling David to closing. He was there and full of all the information we needed. We got to know David so well after house hunting for 4+ months and budgets kept changing opinions kept changing but David kept up with us. We visited so many cities and he made it work. He was virtual when we needed, he was in person. Always on time and always sharp he had the insight to keep us in the game (rat race). Our small family is so appreciative that we had David covering our back. I think we did 5 offers until this last one and David took extra effort even contacting neighbours when we noticed some issues at the house inspection. He goes above and beyond and we can't speak enough of how awesome it was having David a phone call away. Thanks!

I am deeply impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Randal and his team. Even before we first met, Randal kept well communication with me and was prepared in advance. He knows the rental market well and was able to make sharp judgement. My rental apartment was listed only 2 days after the photo/video shooting, the house showings were arranged in 5 days and a suitable tenant was found in 10 days! I was very impressed by David's knowledge when I first met him at an Open House and asked him to be my realtor. As I am from England purchasing a property is a whole different ball game in Vancouver. David walked me through the whole process in details which I find extremely helpful in my decisions making. He is very thoughtful, reliable, trustworthy, quick to response to communications (which is an important factor to me) and ability to resolve issues. We received excellent after purchase service when we discovered equipment were not working in the house. David was contactable at all times and gave us the assurance that it will be replaced. Purchasing a house is very stressful and David's helpfulness and professionalism make it a smooth journey. He goes the extra mile and work really hard. David did not approach me to write a review. I proactively approached him to find out if there is a website I could write a review. He deserves a 6 stars rating but 5 stars is the top rating. I am not a person who would easily give a 5 stars rating. David is the first. So my personal ****** to you. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE FOR HIS EXCELLENCE SERVICE.

To sum it up: Absolutely top-tier service, responses faster than the speed of light, knew the answer to every single question we had to ask, polite, patient, friendly, and most of all, complete professionals through and through. Keep reading to see why I've given these guys an A+ review, these guys do not disappoint whatsoever! -- Our rental agent, Yirong, was (and is) an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and always very easy to get ahold of. These guys top the leaderboards as far as rental agents go, of all the agents we dealt with in our apartment search, they BY FAR gave us the best impression of any one we had dealt with. When my Brother and I were looking for our apartment, I was super anxious about not being at the viewing on time, so I was pressuring my Brother to leave earlier than needed so we would make it in time. We ended up being in the area about 15~ minutes early, at which point Yirong texted us and let us know that he had finished up with the previous viewing a bit early, inviting us to give him a shout whenever we were in the area. We were right outside the apartment, so he got right to business with us and brought us in and showed us the place not just on time, but conveniently earlier than we had expected. It's a little thing, but it's something no other rental agent we had made appointments with (every other agent ended up either being late/hard to get ahold of) was able to do, and it definitely set a great first impression for us to be catered to in that manner, despite the obvious inconvenience for Yirong to do so. From the moment we walked into the unit, we knew Yirong knew what he was doing. The unit was immaculately clean, all the metal in the unit had been polished and left literally sparkling, you would not have been able to find a single speck of dust in that place. I literally could not tell whether someone had lived in the unit before us! And I know-- if you're doing apartment viewings, you go in with an expectation of the place being clean as a whistle, but in Vancouver, at least from our experience, that was... not necessarily the case with other properties. Definitely a great first impression. My Brother and I had a lot of questions about the unit we ended up renting after Yirong sold us on it (first time renters), and he was able to answer every question without hesitation, and even gave us his personal number to reach out if we needed anything else. Any time I (or my Brother) had a question, he would respond within minutes with exactly what I was looking for. For example, I wanted to show my friends the fancy new place I had just secured, but I didn't take any nice photos of the unit while I was in it, and the ad I had responded to was taken down. I asked Yirong if he could supply us with some photos of the unit, and wouldn't you know it, he had a literal 3D 360 degrees VR-capable walkthrough of the apartment ready on his team's site, complete with super useful utilities like a measuring tool that lets you measure the distance between anywhere in the apartment, multiple different viewing modes to see the unit in, etc. It was such a treat to be able to go home and throw the unit up on my VR headset and literally let my friends walk through my new apartment and check it out. Totally didn't expect that, and it was freaking awesome, ace tier service. The unit we ended up getting from Yirong and Tang Kung was the most expensive of the units we had seen previously, but my god, on the service alone they could have convinced me to pay an extra couple hundred bucks a month for the place. Just stellar, all the way through. As a nervous first time renter, he made the entire process completely frictionless, easing my anxieties and helping every single step of the way. Yirong and his team are a total no-brainer decision, I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with these professionals. David was a great source of information while I was doing preliminary research in the market for an apartment in 2014. His resolve was tested when I asked endless questions - he passed with flying colours. No question was too unimportant, taking the time to speak to me after hours and on weekends outside of his obligations. One example of him going the extra mile again in 2017 when I was in a market to upsize to a bigger place. He helped steer us in the direction to make the best possible choice for us, originally we intended to buy a more expensive older place that had strings attached(money pit) and we would have bit off more than we can chew financially aka the phenomenon of FOMO. Instead we bought a less expensive newer place which was a win. He definitely put our best interests first even if it meant he would make a lower commission. If you choose David you can expect him to always have your back.

She was able to help me from start to finish on finding a new tenant for my rental property.  This was also during a very challenging time in May 2020.  But she totally exceeded my expectations resulting in a quick turnaround with much better results than if I did this on my own!  They took care of all the details including interview process, background check, and required documentation for signing a new tenant.  Karen was always very quick to respond.  She also facilitated the communication between the tenant and owner just perfectly. David managed to sell my condo during a time when the market was shaky. In fact, we listed during a time when there was the most listings in the same building for the 8 years that I owned it.
