So glad I found this real estate group randomly using google. My first property manager was a referral from a family friend but he turned out to be basically mute with communications and all but useless when it came to helping us find a tenant. Complete opposite experience with Tang and Kung Real Estate Group. They helped us find a tenant pretty much within the first month of listing our rental unit, is very receptive to questions, responds very promptly, and was able to answer any and all questions/concerns that we had. I highly recommend this group if you're looking for a company to manage your property.

I’ve been renting in vancouver since 2017 and have never experienced such professional service from a property management company. I honestly never want to move because I adore the apartment I’m renting and the company has been top tier to deal with. I rented an apartment in Vancouver with Tang and Kung, they gave me support all the time. If there was an issue with the apartment they responded fast to fix it. I recommend them very much.

We used David's services for our home sale. From the beginning, David was flexible with our asks, courteous and understanding to my elder parents, as well as detailed with his explanations. I'd definitely recommend David for any real estate transaction. Our home sale spanned close to a year due to the change in the market, as well as tenant considerations. He gave us ideas and options, and sometimes would even be our conduit with things outside of what a normal agent would do. Over the past few years, I have rented an apartment from 6 different landlords. And my experience has always been positive. But Tang and Kung managed to raise the bar even higher! They are very responsive and have well-established processes in place. I enjoyed interacting with them from the very first moment to the very end. I'm a tenant renting through Tang and Kung. we had an issue with our fridge. (stopped working) and had to be replaced. After getting hold of them, they immediately got the ball rolling and within a week we had conformation for delivery of a new fridge. However when it arrived , it was damaged and had to be returned. I didn't really have to do anything. Tang and Kung's expertise got everything going and was getting another new fridge delivered in another week. When the fridge arrived, the delivery guys installed it but a part of the lower door hinge was missing a plastic bushing. Because of this the door would not shut properly and a scraping of metal on metal sound and the door would wobble. Got hold of Tang and Kung and explained the problem with the new fridge. Again , immediate response. They got hold of BestBuy (where fridge was purchased) Best buy sent someone out to verify the problem and see what part was needed. A part was mailed to us but it was the completely wrong part . (no fault at all of Tang and Kung) after letting them know, they were back on the phone to Best Buy to resolve this problem. Seems they couldn't get the actual part needed, (probably a 1$ plastic bushing) Best Buy finally agreed to another replacement fridge. Finally we are happy with this fridge. Couldn't have happened this well without Tang and Kung on the case. There perseverance and dedication to making this work out was exceptional. always keeping me in the loop as to what was happening and not letting up until the problem was fully solved. An example was my dryer hose/duct had come undone, and I was unsure how to fix it. I messaged Scarlett and RIGHT AWAY their maintenance man was able to come over, fix it and show me how to keep it secure for future use. I, as a young woman, also feel comfortable and secure working with their team and maintenance. It is a wonderful feeling to know that they WANT you to succeed and have the best service possible. Always striving above and beyond- this team has relieved me of the stress and worry, leaving me with a better quality of life, better sleeps and reassurance.
