Theo is the team's listing specialist and downsize expert, with a gift for guiding clients through senior transitions, estate sales, and some of life's biggest changes with calm, care, and precision. What truly sets Brad & Theo apart is their Chinese language ability. Brad studied Mandarin in Taipei and spent years living in Taiwan — he speaks the language fluently and loves helping new immigrants. Theo is half Chinese, half Greek, born and raised in Vancouver and Burnaby, and speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese. Had a terrible experience selling my condo with Theo. At times she ignored my interests, put her own self-interests above the clients, was pushy. All she cared about was getting a sale and her paycheque. There were offers I did not like but even after saying no she would push for me to accept. Eventually due to a family emergency I sold my condo for a lack lustre price. I really regret this process and I advise anybody to not work with Theo. I won’t and will make sure everyone around a me know as well

We had nothing but a great experience with Brad & Theo team for selling our condo. Our situation was bit different- we had already bought a single family home in Burnaby and were looking to sell our condo (also in Burnaby) ASAP. We got in touch with Theo to discuss the sale and in our first meeting, she came well prepared with all comps, that we felt very assured to give our property listing to their agency. Theo patiently answered all our queries and suggested a very realistic pricing, which she felt would generate sufficient interest for potential buyers. After one open house, we got multiple offers (yes, the accepted offer was over asking!) which we were able to close within few weeks. Theo’s calm demeanor was very reassuring through the whole selling process. She was always prompt in her responses and answered all our queries, however trivial they might me. I have dealt with few realtors and she ranks among the best I have dealt with. She is sincere, honest and extremely professional to deal with. It’s no wonder that their team is one of the top realtors in Vancouver area. We would not hesitate to recommend Brad &Theo to anyone, who are planning to either sell or even buy their property (we used their services to only sell our property).
