Theo was amazing! My grandmother needed to sell her townhouse quickly and Theo came through like no other. Hello - I recently asked Theo to assist in the sale of a family home in Burnaby. At a very stressful time, Theo really 'took over' and respected all of my wishes regarding the sale. She also was able to get the price that I wanted and made the entire process 'pain free' for me. I would highly recommend Theo, who is both knowledgeable and sensitive to a sellers needs.

What a team! Brad and Theo are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are from out of province and had to sell my sister’s condo. Our initial contact, therefore, was long distance. Brad was very accommodating under these circumstances and, after an onsite inspection provided us with a Comparative Market Analysis and some excellent advice on how best to move forward. This included some necessary repairs and even the contact information for a reliable contractor. When we got to Vancouver, we had the pleasure of meeting Theo at the condo. Contract details, procedures and other details were easily explained and we felt comfortable we were in good hands. Again, Theo gave us some simple and sound advice on how to best present the condo for sale. Arrangements were made for photos and floor plan measurements. The resulting brochure and online presentation were excellent. The first showings were on Thursday and by the following Monday we had multiple offers. Theo went above and beyond in negotiating the best result for us and the condo was sold for above asking price. We are more than pleased and would highly recommend them.
