Theo is the team's listing specialist and downsize expert, with a gift for guiding clients through senior transitions, estate sales, and some of life's biggest changes with calm, care, and precision. After an initial offer fell through, we mutually agreed to remove the listing. She kept in touch with me, letting me know how the market was making out. Then she recommended that late July was going to be a prime time to re-list. The condo had three viewings immediately and sold in 24 hours. Our Burnaby townhouse sold in record time for a fair price and we were in our awesome new home in no time. Brad and Theo make a great team and are incredibly hard workers; there is so much time and effort they put in behind the scenes to make everything go smoothly. In addition they have a wide ranging knowledge, are very friendly and have sale skills and knowledge that are second to nobody. Their language skills were absolutely invaluable. We had to move out of province for work recently and needed to sell our condo. We weren't able to stay before the condo was listed, so I felt somewhat uneasy being out of province and leaving everything to an agent. What if something went wrong? Theo really put our fears at ease and gained our trust. Right off the bat, she said it wasn't an issue. And it wasn't... everything was done online or through email in real time. Communication was excellent even though we were remote. She kept us up to date (how many showings, people who were interested). There were some things we needed help with to complete the sale that had to be done in person -- Theo was able to accommodate and really help us out given our situation (light clean of the unit, grab spare keys from family, etc). Overall, she was very knowledgeable, speaks multiple languages, and lives/works in Burnaby near our condo to be able to get to our unit on short notice for showings. She also works with her husband, so you essentially have two realtors working for you. Might not seem like much, but every advantage counts. In all, I would recommend, and work with Theo again.
