PRICING AND STRATEGY 8/10 - I really can't blame them for the slow market. They did their best, I truly beleive it. Pricing was always explained clearly and especially in the final moments of the negotiation, their strategy worked. MARKETING 9/10 - The pictures were pretty good. They had a professional take them and they were definitely high quality. Made the hose look better than it was, in my opinion. Brochures looked excellent. The also had good ideas on staging. COMMUNICATION: 9/10 - Kept us informed throughout the full process. We always knew where we stood. Easy to reach at any time. Offers were explained and next steps were always clearly defined. NEGOTIATION AND OFFERS: 9/10 - Real estate agents are of course motivated to sell, even at a loss sometimes to get a commission, but I never felt this way throughout the process. Offers were well researched with others on nearby comparable houses. Strategies suggested worked. I felt they protected our interests and got the best price possible. PROFESSIONALISM: 10/10 - Very organized. Open houses were conducted regularly, even in a difficult market. They were punctual, reliable and honest. Never had the sense that I couldn't trust them.

Highly recommended! This review is primarily for Theo Gannon, although Brad was also involved at several times during the process.
