This review is primarily for Theo Gannon, although Brad was also involved at several times during the process. They were most helpful in selling our home, helping us set a reasonable price, suggesting the best way to show our home. Theo consulted with us every step of the way and Brad was always there for backup. Our house sold quicker than we expected, especially in today's market conditions.
It was a very, very large advantage to our sale that both Theo and Brad are multi-lingual.
As to the purchase of our current place, Theo ensured that we understood the process and assisted us in getting (and reviewing) all the documents pertaining to our new location.
Both times when the legal back-and-forth of offer, counter, and acceptance took place Theo and Brad were able to get us through something that we last did 24 years ago... a lot has changed and we appreciated the assistance.
