My home is in Fairview and I love everything Vancouver! In my spare time, I spend it mostly with my family or trying out one of the city's many restaurants. When time permits, I also volunteer to help the homeless, and get in a game of bowling or squash. I've been working on a new donation program, where a percentage of all my sales will go to building homes in third world countries, for those less fortunate.

Ron delivered customer service beyond what I thought possible, and worked extremely hard helping my wife and I find a place. He was patient with us as we were new home buyers and we took a few months to figure out and learn the market and what we wanted. Ron always wanted to make sure the place we were getting would meet our needs while also being a smart purchase that for instance, wouldn’t end up being impossible to resell or have expensive repairs. I always felt that Ron put our interests first over an easy route out, and genuinely cared about helping us make a good decision on a place even if it took longer. Mercedes has sent me on an international assignment from Germany to the Vancouver area, and I was fortunate to work with Ron to have him find a home for my family of five. I ended up getting a home in the Shaugnessy neighborhood. He negotiated a very good deal for a superb home. Not only did he go to great lenghts and many showings to find us the right home, but he was also very patient (as we had three small children accompany us through all of it), gave us valuable advice since we were not only unfamiliar with the local market, but also with Canada in general. We couldn't have done it without Ron. It was time to move to a bigger space, so my wife and I set out on the journey of buying a townhouse and selling our apartment.
