We’ve worked with Vancouver Properties Group and this most recent sale truly demonstrated why we continue to trust them. This was not an easy property to sell. We were navigating a changing market, lowball offers, an unrenovated kitchen and the need for strata renovation approval — all while I was living in the U.S. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was handled with complete professionalism and strategic clarity. VPG guided every major decision, from when to stage the home (and when it was time to pull staging), to negotiating through shifting market conditions, to accommodating buyer and agent schedules and granting access throughout the process. They met directly with the tenant to obtain keys, coordinated trades, managed cleaning and staging and ensured the property showed at its absolute best. Perhaps most impressively, they coordinated everything so I never had to travel back to Vancouver.
