I recommend everyone speak to Ranj before buying or selling. I cannot sing his praises loud enough! We never felt like "just another client", he truly cared and continually proved how hard working he was with results. When a deadline suddenly appeared to sign an important document, he came over to our place at 11:30pm to ensure that everything was signed and in order. Our home sold for over asking price (in a very difficult market at the time), and he negotiated a substantial deal on the home we purchased - unbelievable! The listing process for our home was seamless - he provided a professional stager and assisted with every aspect of the sale. He even vacuumed carpets to help out!
