We had heard about Ranj's great results and service through friends that had used him to buy and sell their houses/condos. At our first meeting, we gave him our wish list and budget - He was very upfront about what we should be expecting to see within our budget (lower end of the housing market) and what was out there in our price range - by the time we had left they had already shown us 4 listings that looked promising. Ranj wasn't directly involved in showing the houses to us, but has been checking in after every major step in our process and took the time to go over the house inspection in detail to make sure we were comfortable with the issues that came up in it I have been very happy with Ranj's service/team and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property
