I cannot recommend Ranj and his team enough!! From the first sit down meeting when Ranj had a plethora of data to share which is what I want to see as data helps me make better decisions. He explained to me some details on real estate I had never gotten an answer to before as well. Then he made the plan clear and was very timely on putting it in motion. My unit sold in a day which I believe was the photos, the descriptive listing itself and the quick work of the team.
