Being a first time home buyer was very scary for me.This was the biggest investment I have ever done; I knew I had to save up a lot of money, but I did not know where to start or what I could afford. I was introduced to Ms. Jessica Klikach and I knew within my heart that she was the right person to guide me through this experience. She was very welcoming and most of all knowledgeble. She taught me alot about property buying; especially things that benefits a first time home owner; like proper negotiation and the best way to save money. We took our time to view the propery and she explained complicated terms, that I've heard for the first time and just did not understand. What I remember most of the experience was when she said "I have all the time to view the place with you, so take your time." She walked with me and showed me the community. I could call her anytime I have a question or needing clarification. She was there with me through the home inspection, explaining what needed to be done, and how some things I can do myself to save money. She checked in on me many times, especially when the paperwork was so overwhelming. Being the busy person that I am, she made the process easy, by sending the paperwork in sections and ensuring that I take my time to read the document properly, before signing. She celebrated with me in my success and stood by me when I felt it was too much. Jessica was and still is a comfort to me, up to the last day of key handover. I am blessed to have her on my team. My family still can't believe I got the place and how quickly everything was completed. I would do this again a thousand times, if I have Jessica on my side. She is a true blessing. I thank God for her. I highly recommend contacting Jessica if you are looking to purchase a property in this area. She took the stress of property buying away and replaced it with a "dont worry, leave it to me." and a "I got you." Those are her favourite words.
