OneFlatFee.ca was created on March 22nd, 2010 after the CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association) passed amendments to appease the Competition Bureau. This has opened up an opportunity for the general public to save thousands of dollars on Real Estate Commissions. Now for the first time you can sell your home through MLS® rather than going through the not so effective “Sell Yourself Websites”. 90% of homes sold in Canada are sold through the Multiple Listing Service®.
