I am fairly independent when it comes to buying / selling my homes. So, I was in search of an agent / brokerage who would provide just the right level of support. Luckily, I found OneFlatFee on Google. My 1st transaction with Mayur involved buying a home. I sent him listings which piqued my interest. He promptly called back to discuss pros / cons of the property, fair market value and arranged showings when the seller’s agents insisted I go through my agent to see their listing. In July 2021, I purchased a home through OneFlatFee and received almost 50% cash back! I got paid for BUYING a house! What a great deal! In Sept 2021, I wanted to sell my condo. Initially, I used Listedbyseller.ca – an Ontario based real estate company to list it. My condo in BC showed up on Realtor.ca (as well as other websites like Redfin, Zolo etc). as an Ontario listing. When I arranged for an Open House through Listedbyseller.ca from 1pm to 4pm, websites like Redfin, Zolo etc. showed open house timing from 10am to 1pm Vancouver time due to 3-hour time difference. This caused confusion for potential buyers. After this fiasco, I called Mayur and he explained how crucial it is to list on the local MLS to gain maximum exposure to the buyer pool. I bought OneFlatFee “For Sale By Owner (FSBO) MLS” Package and listed with them on Thursday. I held open house over the weekend and sold the condo on Monday for top dollar! I am totally sold on the unique, creative and customizable real estate services provided only by OneFlatFee in the Lower Mainland. They also offer full-service package at discounted rates for those who have no desire to sell their own property. Highly recommend Mayur and his brokerage!

Mayur is a good realtor who found a niche. I used his service and house sold within the week saving around 15gs. I didn't mind dealing with the offers in fact this is how I'd prefer it. Closing no issues as he's more available then previous realtor and is fully on board. Can't say enough just that if you are on the fence call him and you will sign up. In this mkt it makes sense and for anyone not needing or wanting to pay for full service.

We used Mayur Arora for the purchase of my townhome in Surrey. In a hot and busy market, Mayur did an amazing job in getting us a great deal in multiple offers. We worked with Mayur Arora at Oneflatfee.ca to try to purchase a townhome we found in downtown Vancouver. Mayur was friendly, but the experience was not the best. He showed up 30 min late to our first appointment and hadn’t done his research. For example, he was unaware of how long the property had been listed, the price history, etc. The offer for sale he drafted contained significant errors that luckily we caught before submitting. It also worried us how difficult it was to get him to commit in writing to the 50/50 commission split that his business is based on (he did eventually send a document to sign, after our third time asking). In the end the sale fell through for reasons unrelated to Mayur and we decided not to use his services again.

I used Mayur to sell 2 condos. Subjects were removed after listing 1.5 months for both places. Mayur was good at determining the sale price of the condo. One of my condo was listed in late February with a full commission agent. She priced it too high and was unable to sell it for 6 months. I will be leaving an unfavorable review with her brokerage. Mayur was helpful during the transactions. I would recommend Mayur to help save thousands of commission. I hope that he is also able to help me save commission on my next purchase.

After reading reviews and researching different realtor options we decided to work with One Flat Fee for the sale of our home. Mayur was extremely responsive and worked with us to determine an appropriate listing price for our home. We had done our own research prior to listing and came up with the same value that he recommended for listing. We were extremely impressed with the marketing materials that were produced for the home and he had a clear strategy on how he intended to sell it. He created a huge amount of interest for our home and it sold extremely quickly with more than a dozen offers and WAY above listing price. As an added bonus, we saved $13K in commissions on the deal, which came from the listing agent side, so the buying agents were fully compensated, as they would be with other brokers. We look forward to working with him as we buy our new home and would highly recommend his services. For reference, we chose the full service package (3) option vs the FSBO options.

Take the stress off buying and selling and get with Mayur @OneFlatFee. We have used Mayur in our previous sale and again this time as our purchasing agent. You can always get Mayur when you need him and he always sharp in decision making. He will help you by showing different scenarios and best outcome for WHAT YOU really wanted. Mayur's 'if you like it, let get it done' mentality is very impressive. It doesn't hurt that he shares his commission to you. That is right... $$ in you pocket. Rare moments you can say 'My realtor owes me money' after your transaction. Read his website and his, services. He's worth it. Now if i can only get him to buy me a big TV...... **wink**

Buying our first place, we did not know much about what is needed.. Mayur was very diligent in his ways, and guided us to our new townhome. He is quick to act to any request you have. Many times he went beyond his way to help get us what we needed. His knowledge and experience was very impressive, which got us the best deal we could in the current aggressive market. At times he advised us to not put an offer, as the place would not be the best for our growing family. His patience to find us the right home was very comforting... he did NOT pressure or push towards anything we did not want/like. I would recommend all my friends, family, and all first time buyers to have Mayur as their realtor. Also the extra $$ give back as advertised on his website is just an added bonus to his already great service.
