Recently, my wife and I worked with the Nicklen Group as our listing agency. It was very clear from the very onset that the team, led by Aaron, was as vested in the sale of our property as we were. The guidance in readying the property for sale proved invaluable from identifying potential shortcomings to staging. Identifying remedies to resolve these deficiencies meant that we sold our home in the best condition ever since we took ownership. The analytical, data-driven approach to pricing and positioning the property led to a relatively quick sale while other comparable properties have taken considerably longer to sell. Members of the team were fully versed in all aspects of the property and provided seamless, confident coverage when showing or responding to inquiries. Communication is another strength of the team. The Nicklen Group was recommended to us by a friend in Qualicum Beach who is herself a former realtor. We met with Aaron in October 2021 and were introduced to Stacey Juss, who became our “buyers agent”. Stacey quickly set up the system to notify us of listings that met our criteria. Communication was quick and efficient. Being in Victoria put us at a disadvantage in terms of being able to see homes quickly in a very hot market.
