BJ Estes GEM Real Estate Group*

What a great Realtor. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with BJ. He was so helpful, knowledge and professional. He gave great advice, seemed to understand our needs and could not have made the process of buying a house more enjoyable and straight forward. Thank you so much for everything you helped us with, I have no hesitation in recommending him and the company.

The best. Robyn went over and beyond to help us out of a very awkward sale of our home. I would highly recommend her!!!!!

Very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. A pleasure to work with.

If you want experienced and skilled realtors then you can't do better than the Gem team. Professional, helpful and committed to doing the best for their clients.

Really happy. Super professional

A huge thanks to Robyn and the GEM group for helping us purchase our home. Robyn is very passionate about her job as a realtor and gets things done quickly and efficiently in this crazy market. She answered any questions we had, which were many, and we can't thank her enough. We would recommend the GEM Group to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I was so fortunate to have chosen Robyn and her team to sell our property. I appreciated Robyn’s experienced and professional advice. In listing, she was receptive to my ideas and attentive and helpful in answering my questions and in making decisions. Robyn and her team always kept me in the loop regarding upcoming showings and in providing timely feedback. The whole process of selling was done very seamlessly through listing to completion. I’d highly recommend GEM to any others looking to engage in a real estate transaction!

Produced and excellent brochure on our house and property, put best foot forward to potential buyers, involved us in a positive way with final negotiations and helped us reach a conclusion. Great staff -Clinton, Denise and BJ were all tuned in to our needs.

I have high standards & expectations so I know I’m not easy to please and consume a lot of time when someone works for me. Kelsey took every demand with a graceful smile and was expedient and professional getting me every piece of information, answering every email and text question and working with my demanding schedule. Love our new home.

Thank you so much Robyn and Gem Real Estate Group! Beyond a doubt, selling our property with Robyn has been the best real estate experience we have had in our long history of buying and selling. Really understanding the local market, reaching out to the right buyers and prioritizing our sale produced a perfect outcome - we listed with Robyn and sold within 48 hours for the right price! Robyn knows her stuff, is a superb communicator, exhibits total professionalism and overlays it all with a personal touch that was very appreciated. Should we ever need real estate services again, Robyn and Gem would absolutely be our first call.

The friendly and efficient service provided by my sales agent Clinton Miller and his staff at GEM Real Estate of Parksville Qualicum in sellng my property at Pacific Shores Nanoose Bay was much appreciated.Of particular note was the quick response in finding a second buyer within 5 days of the initial buyer backing out most unexpectedly at the point of final subject removal. The second buyer agreed to match the offer of the first having initially made a lower offer.. I am most pleased to recommend the GEM Rea Estate Group.
