BJ Estes GEM Real Estate Group*

We are very thankful for BJ Estes and his team. They have helped us and our family sell two homes now, and have spent much time, care and communication helping us find and purchase our new home. BJ is very knowledgeable; we knew we could trust him 100%. He is a good listener and kind hearted. Thank you for everything BJ, and we knew you had our back when we needed it. Sincerely Karen and Paul Richards

Robyn was super responsive and attentive throughout the whole process of selling our first house. She had great advice and worked with us to get the house sold quickly for above asking! We loved the virtual staging and end look of our listing too. Would highly recommend Robyn and her team for anyone buying or selling a home!

Robyn is an excellent agent who is very courteous, knowledgeable, resourceful, and helpful. I am based in Ontario, and she made the process of selling a property out-of-province smooth and painless. I would highly recommend Robyn and her team to anyone looking to list or sell a property.

We were lucky to come across Nicole Porch and her team. Everyone extremely attentive and accommodative as per our busy schedule. Dozens of showings and always getting straight forward feedback from Nicole. We are pretty happy and amazed by the customer service provided on all steps involving such an important purchase/ acquisition ( maybe the most important acquisition of our lives). Thank you Nicole Porch and team, special thanks to Robyn, for guiding and advising us.

B.J. is the best realtor ever had! Quick to respond, honest, knowledgeable and very resourceful! Highly recommend.

I want to thank Robyn personally for her professionalism and not to speak of her kind and warm soul, guiding me through all the "I don't know" in this process. It's been a journey to which she has helped me tremendously. Thank you Robyn and thank you to your team.

Chelsea, Robyn and the entire GEM team were incredible during our buying and selling experience. They were knowledgeable and friendly, but what stood out the most to us was the level of communication we received throughout the process. We received ongoing open and honest communication that led us to feel supported throughout the whole process. Given the tight timeline we were up against and some circumstantial barriers, this process should have felt a lot more stressful than it did. Chelsea and Robyn went to bat for us in a way that I don't believe most other realtors/groups would have. Had we been working with another team, we would not have had the same desired outcome that we did. We cannot thank Chelsea, Robyn, and the GEM team enough, and we will happily refer them to all friends/family looking to buy or sell. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all so much.

Both Robyn and Chelsea were extremely helpful. Robyn helped us see the pros and cons of each listing and kept us on track with our wish list. She is always positive and caring. Chelsea did the far afield stuff and was quick to sort out the answers to our many questions. Both ladies made the logistics easy.

We were on the hunt for our forever home for a few months. Nicole Proch was extremely helpful. She was quick efficient and understood exactly what we needed!

From the start BJ was always available and always willing to answer our questions, do what we asked, and to talk through with us the various options and decisions that were necessary to successfully sell our home. A few times we were finding ourselves a bit anxious about the market and our place in it, but every time, BJ was able to clarify the situation and calm our uneasiness. In the end, we felt at ease, confident and sure that our home would sell, we would find another to enjoy and at a price that worked. And we did! Thanks to BJ, and all the staff at GEM Real Estate Group at Royal LePage Parksville-Qualicum Beach Realty, we can't wait to move in to our new home!

Nicole Proch was an absolute joy to work with!!! She was friendly, helpful and wonderfully creative working within our needs and budget. Thank you so much! We are so happy with our new house!

Wow what a whirlwind buying a place can be! Nicole was my Realtor and supported me every step of the way! Being that I'm a first time homeowner I really had no clue what to do or what to expect and Nicole answered my questions right away, found answers quickly and made herself available! She is so helpful and has the expertise in her field to guide me through the purchasing process with ease. She's super personable and has been a Cheerleader for me! I also had the opportunity to meet Robyn as well and she's great too!! Thank you Nicole and GEM Real Estate Group this is really excited :) <3

BJ Estes helped my wife and I search for our new home in the Parksville area. BJ's professional yet easy going ways made this stretch of our journey very amicable. He certainly went above and beyond at times to help us with our requests. Thank-you BJ and Team Gem. Peter and Robyn Macey

Selling a home can be a nerve wracking experience! Thank goodness we had Nicole from GEM Real Estate Group on our side. Her efforts on our behalf and support as we moved through the process made an otherwise stressful situation much easier to handle. Nicole responded to our endless questions immediately and tirelessly worked to ensure we had the answers we required. She guided us easily through the paper work and ensured we were in touch with the necessary financial people who were then able to smooth out potential wrinkles in our sale. In the end, the sale of our home was a smooth, easy to navigate process. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Nicole

Kelsey McPherson has been a real pleasure to work with. She outshines any realtors we've been involved with over our many years in the housing market. Her personable professionalism, knowledge, intelligence, perception and caring tact combine in one highly recommendable package you won't regret trusting with your most important transactions. Thank you Kelsey for getting our house sold in just over 48 hours after listing. You've made the whole process an enjoyable one!

I would highly recommend Kelsey. She is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She always keeps our interests in mind and provided encouragement, suggestions and honest advice. We greatly appreciate her amazing service.

Thank you so much BJ and Gem Realty for your professionalism in selling our home. We appreciated how quickly and smoothly all the documentation was taken care of; as well as quick responses to the questions we had. Job well done!

We are incredibly grateful to BJ and his team at GEM who helped us find a home in this though market. BJ was a delight to work with. He provided great advice, promptly answered and followed up on all our questions, and kept our best interests at heart. We trusted BJ from the start and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

I think my realtor BJ would make a great contestant on Survivor, just professional, responsive, great to work with, and easy to get along with, thanks for making this such a seamless process!

I loved how Robyn and her team were upfront, honest and punctual. Any questions I had about a property were always answered and followed up on. I would highly recommend Robyn and her team and also use her again in the future!

We were referred to Robyn from a friend of ours for our move back to the island. Even in this tough market, with very low inventory, we managed to secure our dream property. Robyn WENT TO WORK for us and was a pleasure to deal with. Her direct attitude and approach to the process really made things easy. She was very upfront with us on properties and locations, did not hide anything back, and that really helped us trust her and the process. She is not in this just to make a sale, she wants to find you the home and location that works for you! Highly recommend

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The GEM Real Estate Group at Royal LePage Parksville-Qualicum Beach stood out as the best to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. GEM Real Estate Group at Royal LePage Parksville-Qualicum Beach is the best in the business of helping you buy or sell a home!!

BJ was an amazing realtor. He was super responsive and had my family's best interests in mind the whole time. He was the catalyst in our purchase of our new home in a market that seemed impossible to compete in. Our family owes him and the GEM team a lot. I would highly recommend BJ to anyone in the area. Thanks so much, Zach

BJ has been great to work with! He was very proactive in helping us land a home with all our checkboxes. Would recommend in heart beat.

Buying and Selling your home is scary, especially in this market! Robyn was there for us through every step. She loves what she does and it shows! Thank you Robyn, we appreciated all your hard work and patience as we navigated this incredibly fast paced market!
