Robyn helped us with the sale of our home in Parksville. Robyn is so easy to chat with; the communication with her and the GEM team was fantastic. Overall we are glad we went with Robyn and had a positive experience.

Can't say enough about the GEM team! Robyn has handled several personal and business real estate transactions for us over the past couple years, and I can say without a doubt, she will be handling any in our future.

Efficient and personable service with a solid, timely result. Would not hesitate to use them again.

BJ is very professional, easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. It was a pleasure working with him and his team recently on two different transactions. They had information easily available and answers to questions promptly. It's nice to work with professionals who understand how to communicate and go above and beyond to find win win outcomes for all parties involved. It's refreshing as not all agents are the same.

Robyn and team have been absolutely phenomenal to work with. Robyn is super responsive, very easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the market, and she has surrounded herself with experts in their field which has been so beneficial to us. We had only known her for four weeks when she showed us the home that fit exactly what we were looking for which we ended up buying. We have already started to recommend her to those that we know who are buying / selling. We HIGHLY recommend Robyn and her Team!

BJ Estes and GEM Real Estate group made the process of buying a new home and selling our old one as painless as possible! BJ gives great advice, has lots of experience, and provided much needed reassurance and support throughout the whole process. We are so grateful for him!

We had the pleasure of working with Robyn Gervais and the team from GEM. We just sold our home, the process from professional photos , open houses with awesome feedback, to the end offer was amazing. Robyn was very professional, has an amazing knowledge of the area, and answered any questions even night time one, very quickly. We felt very confident in her hands! Thanks Robyn and the GEM team!

Gem Realty, specifically Nicole Proch, was amazing! She helped us for over a year trying to find our perfect island home. Moving from the mainland created challenges and she made it seemless. She was quick to answer texts and emails. I would highly recommend Nicole to future buyers and/or sellers.

We had an amazing experience working with Nicole Proch. Even when a couple of offers didn’t work out, she kept us encouraged, positive, and focused on finding the right home. She was patient, hardworking, and always quick to answer our questions. Buying our new home felt overwhelming at times, but Nicole made everything clear, organized, and manageable. She really went above and beyond, and we always felt supported. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

I would highly recommend Robyn Gervais and all of the team at GEM Real Estate Group. Robyn handled the sale of my house with courtesy, knowledge and helpfulness at all times, sometimes during stressful events. She and all the staff at GEM were there for me at any time, and went out of their way to answer any queries I might have. When you hire GEM Real Estate Group, you are getting, in my opinion, the best. Thank you Robyn.

BJ helped a lot with our purchase in Fairwinds. He is very knowledgeable with the market around Parksville. Communication was always timely. We would highly recommend him.

Kellie Simpatico was absolutely incredible as our real estate agent. We were sincerely shocked how much she went above and beyond for us at every step of the process. She literally saved us thousands and thousands of dollars on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. To have someone so warm and so hard-working on our side during a stressful time was such a relief. We absolutely love her!

I am very pleased to provide a five star review for Robyn Gervais, realtor extraordinaire! Robyn's knowledge of the real estate landscape in Oceanside area is exceptional - she is from and lives in the community - therefore has an intimate knowledge of the different neighbourhoods and of the market in the area, which was extremely helpful when selling our home. She was consistently responsive, timely, and a fantastic communicator. Robyn is a true professional and has great integrity. Robyn is a very caring, warm and genuine person which made working with her a pleasure. She went 'above and beyond' many times helping my family out with the process of selling our house, she was creative and a problem solver. In the end, we ended up exceeding our expectations on sale price due to her negotiation skills and how capably she positioned our home in the market and with potential buyers. She has excellent relationships with other realtors. The GEM team as a whole was competent and capable - this showed up for example, when developing the marketing materials and all the logisitics and paperwork that go into selling a home. It is without hesitation that I recommend Robyn and GEM- Thank you Robyn!

Robyn was a “gem” to deal with. She really listened to our wants and needs and took the time and care to find us our dream home. She was always available to answer our questions even if that meant her working after hours. Her attention to detail is really amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. She made anything that seemed overwhelming or stressful more manageable and easy. I would highly recommend using her when buying or selling a home.

I have bought and sold a dozen houses over the last 20 years and working with Robyn and her team has been by far the best most stress free experience I’ve ever had selling a home. She walked me through every step, was thoughtful, honest and always responded promptly to any inquiry no matter how small or irrelevant. 5 big gold Stars for Robyn and her team at Gem Real Estate group

Kellie was 12/10 in all measurable areas. She was kind, empathetic, patient, straightforward and honest. Her communication throughout the process of searching, making an offer and purchasing was of the highest calibre. I could not recommend her more highly.

Robyn and GEM were very very helpful in selling & buying our last 2 homes. Robyn will definitely be our choice for our next home search.

GEM is a fantastic real estate group and a pleasure to deal with. We have been working with Robyn and BJ for some time to find a new home to take on a new adventure. When we found it, we jumped on it and sold our beautiful home in days. Couldn’t have gone better! (Carli rules as well so let’s not forget that)

I was a first time home buyer and very nervous about all the things! Lol…. Nicole from the Gem Real Estate Group was so patient and supportive, guiding me every step of the way! She made the process more enjoyable than I thought possible! I’m so excited to start living in my new home! Thank you for everything Nicole Proch and Gem Real Estate Group!
