I first called Sara to ask for help selling as she is listed under the supplier list for Government of Canada employees that have to go through Brookfield and even her own website advertises this. The call goes straight to her voicemail and asked that I either email or texted. I texted her and her responses were very delayed in general and after she asked for my address she said we would be able to "help" and asked when I was available. I replied and asked if what I suggested worked for her and I would look for other times to accommodate. No response was ever returned. Not sure how trustworthy or professional she is after taking my address and disappearing. I understand realtors can "pick" and choose the properties that make the most commission after all they are all businesses. I would be more than happy to take a polite decline or follow up as I know everyone has a choice. It is just baffling that she just leaves someone hanging. Please think of your clients as some might actually really want to work with you. I am able to provide screen shots of the conversation to prove the legitimacy for this review.

Coming from out of province and having a short time frame to buy a house Sara took in consideration of all our wants and needs. She gave us her honest opinion and made buying a home less stressful because of her vast knowledge of area, location and resale value. Sara is extreme personable and intuitiveness. TLDR: Pick Sara, you won't regret it! Sara was an excellent agent, worked diligently to balance our needs with getting us the best deal. Sara spent a solid four days with us looking at homes all over the city while we discovered what we really wanted. Sara picked up on a lot of little nuances and issues that would rule in/out a home, we really appreciated the upfront honesty. Sara really went to task when we were ready to submit an offer while balancing between two competing properties. Even providing advanced documentation for the initial offer to help explain the current climate (yay covid). In the end we were able to get into a last minute property which really changed the course of our house hunting trip. All in all, not that I want to sell anytime soon, but I would welcome the opportunity to work with Sara again!

Sara was a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and personable. She is also patient and not pushy in the least -- a great realtor if you want to take your time finding your perfect house (though a good friend tells me she's great under pressure too). She has good judgment and experience and tells you honestly what she thinks of a property. She also looks for things that I would not have thought to look for but that are important to know about (like signs of mice!). She will not rush you. This sometimes means that appointments take longer than you might like, but it's very nice to feel like she has lots of time for you. The best part is that she cares not just about the material aspect of buying and selling a home, but also about the emotional parts of this experience. She does her very best to make these stressful transactions happy ones.

I can’t say enough good things about Sarah and her staff. We were buying a house from out of town and she had only a few days to find us a house. Sara was awesome! She gave great tips on small improvements to help the house sell, and just as important, what not to bother spending money on. She was very responsive and never left us hanging when we had questions. We got an offer signed in 2 weeks and the house sold while others in the area were on the market for months.
