She was extremely helpful in getting our house ready to list (what updates were worth the effort and what we didn’t need to do, how to stage the rooms ect), and very informative through the entire listing process. Our house sold quickly, while many houses in the neighborhood took months to sell or didn’t sell. We had a couple time during our sale when there were delays that made us nervous but Sara was fantastic at walking us through things to a successful sale. She also helped us find our perfect house and has been supportive through the transition to the new place. I highly recommend Sara, and will definitely hire her again should we decide to move.
