Got a recommendation for Sara from a colleague and used her for our long search for a house in a competitive market and neighborhood. Sara never rushed us over the several months that it took to find one and gave realistic advice during walkthroughs of several homes in terms of the practicality and expected costs for renovations. She is very responsive to text messages/calls (and encourages you to use these means to contact her) which we needed to do a lot of as we managed everything from a bidding war to unexpected issues that arose during our house inspection (for which she provided helpful guidance and recommendations). She helped walk us through the process from beginning to end and made an otherwise overwhelming experience manageable.

Sara was an outstanding agent. As a military couple who moved from Quebec, and Ontario to Alberta, Sara made herself available to us at all times and answered emails and texts rapidly. She used DocuSign for all paperwork which made it extremely for us to sign. She dealt with the builder for small issues and got answers quickly. She conducted video calls when necessary to explain pertinent paperwork and when doing the final walkthrough inspection. She is extremely reliable and professional and will use her services again when selling this property in the future.
