Addendum to review below: I closed on the property today, and for a reason that still escapes me, the seller did not honour their commitment to provide me with keys even though they told their lawyers they did. I called my lawyer, and they were at a loss to find a way to resolve this. I called Reno Parnanzone and he immediately called the seller's agent and straightened everything out. While the seller was deficient and 100% in the wrong, the only person on the hook was me since the deal was declared done. Knowing how upset I was, Reno went way above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. He drove an hour out of his way to get me the keys from the seller, and deliver them to my house. Reno never complained or hesitated, and he stayed even keeled throughout. This is exactly what the situation needed to be resolved. Real estate is a relationship business - it's not about cutting costs or corners. Reno was tremendous throughout the experience I originally detailed below, but his ability to follow through even after his time to care was over has left me absolutely humbled. He dropped everything to make sure I was taken care of on the day before Good Friday. I cannot say enough good things about Reno. I will always use his services for any future properties I buy or sell. He answered all of our questions, gave great advice and guided us through the whole process. He would crawl into an attic for you if you wanted to know what the insultation being used was lol - he really enjoys what he does - and it shows! As first time home buyers we needed a lot of hand holding through the purchase of our new house in Burlington. Nicole Gooding and the Woolcott group went above and beyond for us. All of our questions were promptly answered by Nicole and she spent endless hours talking us through the whole process. We saw many homes in person and virtually throughout covid-19 and always felt we received a lot of one on one attention.
