We are very pleased with the whole selling process we just experienced with Todd Osborne and team at Woolcott! The responsiveness and guidance helped us be prepared for what to expect and the sale of our house could not have gone smoother!

Thank you Justine, Peter & the Woolcott Team, for your help with selling my home. I really appreciated the time and effort they put in to come check out the property themselves, and the research involved to put us in the best possible spot to succeed. They really showed their adaptability being able to sell an investment property as opposed to an owner-occupied property. We were selling in the first couple weeks of January, which has to be one of the hardest times of the year to sell at and they were able to sell the home at the top range I was looking for. Their marketing ability is second to none, thanks to Justine, with access to multiple real estate boards, local news outlets, social media, a large realtor network and their own in-house staging. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with the Woolcott’s again and I’m looking forward to it!

This is the 4th time we have worked with Justin to help rent one of our properties. Communication and follow up are some of his strengths. We appreciate his help in getting our property rented especially considering challenges with booking showing times around tenants that had inconsistent work schedules. This was our first time using Woolcott, and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish! We were so impressed with the level of service - as individuals who have very busy schedules, we appreciated how the Woolcott team made everything so simple and easy. Even though the inventory was rough, and we were sometimes a little too picky, she was super patient and was determined to find that perfect house for us! She was such a great person to work with. Sheryl Maciel, our selling agent, was nothing short of amazing! She was super professional and on-top of every little detail. Selling a house can be so stressful but she put our minds at ease and made the entire process so smooth. We happened to be out of the country when we listed our property, so Sheryl made sure to visit the house every night to check that everything was neat and tidy for the next day of showings. She kept in constant contact with us and never missed a beat, which allowed us to enjoy our time away. The back-office team at Woolcott was extremely thorough and kept us in the loop on all their activities. Listing coordination, social media posts, newspaper ads, “for sale” sign installation, and open house organization were all things that happened behind the scenes that we didn’t even need to think about. Such a great experience to have a large team of talented professionals helping us through the process. Caydie, Katrina, Meagan, Danielle, and Jenelle kept us informed of all their tasks and took good care of us. Thank you to the entire team for the amazing service. We worked with John Summach during the craziness of the pandemic. John was very professional and realistic in terms of our purchase and sale. He never pushed us when things were out of control. He always kept realistic numbers for the value of properties and made sure we never bid more than what we were comfortable with. John was always available, responded promptly and was very patient with us throughout the months that we worked together. The in house stagers made our place look great and multiple streams of advertising were amazing, helping us to sell quickly; relieving a lot of stress. Afrodite did an amazing job with selling our house. She was always at the end of the phone, whether it was text or email. Got us an amazing deal on our house. Faizan had the very hard job of finding us a new house. One picky husband lol. He worked tirelessly to to get what we wanted. I think if we wanted a house in Timbuktu, he would have gone above and beyond to get it. After finally viewing 8 houses in one day, we found one we liked. This was the second time that we worked with Justin. He is great! He is very responsive and answers any questions. He got us in to see everything that we wanted. Justin is very friendly and professional. As the renter, we didn't have anything out of pocket, but I can say that he absolutely did the work and deserved his commission. We worked with John Summach and he was great. He sold a neighbors house and that's how we found out about him. He came and did a walk through of our place to give us an accurate estimate of what we could sell for. When we were looking at houses he pointed out things to be aware of and gave us great options to stand out when it came to bidding. We actually closed on the first house we put a bid on.
