I heard about your office through family in Burlington. Your agent Michael Swick is the BEST agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. From the onset he was completely invested in finding the exact home I was looking for. He was honest, engaging, diligent and really listened to what I wanted for me and my fur babies. Keri did a fantastic job along with the whole Woolcott team. Very professional and she gets things done. I had contacted Keri based on her reviews and she did not disappoint. We met at the house and she went through the place, took pictures and a day later came back with some comparables and we agreed on a listing price. Once that was done she arranged for her stager Sue to come in and put me in touch with a painter and someone to do some repairs. Sue came in a day or two later and suggested what to keep for staging and what to remove. Things happened very quickly and I made several changes to the listing and price which Keri was very open and accommodating. Before the house was painted, repaired or staged the house was sold for full asking and no conditions. Keri was wonderful and helped us through the whole process with confidence and ease.
