2nd update: money FINALLY returned to me August 31st. Initial release of offer signed in July... in NO situation is this an acceptable timeframe for the return of someone's deposit. No wonder Woolcott has left eXp for Re/Max, these guys are a complete joke. Update to this nightmare: they finally sent a check out but put my name and my girlfriends’ name on it; we don’t have joint accounts and now our money is stuck in limbo for at least 3 weeks AGAIN. I could cry, this experience has been so awful. Do NOT buy any properties listed with this brokerage. Made an offer on one of their listings that sadly fell apart. Signed a mutual release back at the end of JULY, and here in mid August I still do not have a penny of my deposit money back. Clearly they have no issue taking your money, but should something happen it’s a “big deal” to get it back.

I mean just amazing services; the amount of care and time that was put in for just a lease for us was insane; both Anshul and David helped me and my roomie find a place in a couple weeks time before we got evicted; long nights of viewings and fighting to get us a roof over our heads and then finally we got one. I can’t stress enough how pivotal David was in single handedly getting us a place; our original real estate agent even rescued his wife who broke down on the highway and brought her along to the viewings just to make sure we saw the places we were intending on viewing m, class act, this place deserves your business if you want a company that treats you like royalty

We worked with Sheryl Maciel on our sale and we fell in love with her. She is patient, kind and calm - she talked us off the ledge many times. In the end, she got our home sold over asking and under a week. We also used Anshul Goel to find a new home and within minutes of our call, we were standing in the home we would eventually buy. I chose them because I saw at them at few hoardings and lots of flyers ... I put in a lot of faith that they will sell my house for the Top Dollar. But I will regret this decision for a long time ... I make an internet enquiry and the same was followed up by an agent called Lisa Cox. Who was allocated to be my agent. First and the foremost the only time the agent spoke to me well was in the first couple meetings first via Zoom and thereafter a visit to my property for the walk through. It was all praise for the property in these couple meetings ... ... After a week or so I kind of felt completely uncomfortable with the agents attitude ... I had to constantly make false praises to keep her morale high. After these two meetings pitch and tone of the agent completely changed. There was an offer after may be two weeks and it was atleast 30k below the listing price ... And just so that you guys know this was a Condo Townhouse in Headon Forest Drive ...I was systematically explained why I should be accepting the offer and what are the drawbacks of my property... in the end I ended up doing all the negotiations and giving instructions to the agent what to do ... I literally told the agent how and how much to sell the house for ... If I really had to undersell my property I wouldn't be hiring someone with such a big name ... I learnt my lesson..
