My husband and I chose Peter with The Woolcott Team after attending the First Time Home Buyers seminar in which Peter hosted. This is the second time we have used the Woolcott Team to sell our home and we are very happy with the results. Even though our home is tastefully decorated, the staging just takes it to another level. The pictures and pamphlets also looked very professional. Well done. We only wished they had taken a video (like last time we sold our home) but considering it sold in less than 2 weeks, it worked out fine. Michelle Dingwall was our agent and she is awesome. We have been dealing with Michelle for several years now. We've bought (x2) and sold (x2) homes during that time. She is patient, understands our likes and always very responsive. Peter Woolcott and myself met at a property on the west mountain in Hamilton. From that point of meeting I knew I met the right agent. Peter and I kept meeting at potential properties no in which we’re a proper fit for me. We met at a property and it went through it’s inspection and it failed. Peter and inspector informed me to walk away as it would be expensive fix. We met at another property and bingo as soon as I walked in the front door I knew I was home. Peter was just awesome to have during this stressful process and would always go above and beyond! We sold our place and also bought another one with him. On the day of closing the new house we arrived and the previous owners had left garbage in the yard, garage and front of the house. Peter came over that day to bring us pizzas during our move and noticed what they did. He came over the next morning (on his day off) with a trailer and helped me fill it up with the garbage (completely full) and brought it to the dump on his own time and dime. Whenever we had concerns or stresses he was always available to assist and help out in any way! Highly recommend Peter for any future real estate endeavors!

We met Yvonne at an open house last Fall and expressed our interest in looking for a home in the new year. Recently met Justin Podmoroff at an Open House while looking for a place to rent. From that meeting on he became a great person to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He sent us new places to look at, and would always get us in to look at a place we were interested in very quickly. Once we found the place we loved he worked hard to get it all put in place for us to rent it and has continued to help us even after we signed the paperwork with our new landlords. He recently met us on a Sunday to let us back in to the place so we could take some measurements. He has been extraordinary. A great asset for the Woolcott team!
