What’s there really to say. Nick from the onset was a true legend. We have a young child and going through the ordeal of selling and buying is quite unnerving as it is. Nick was very considerate to all of our needs. He’s attentiveness and pure professionalism was spot on. We started with a realtor and client and ended with a very happy family. Uncle Nick, is what our son will refer to him as. These are trying times. The real estate market has not seen these kind of trends. Selling was easy, however, buying was scary. Major price increases paired with low inventories. Nick delivered through all facets. He found as a home in our desired neighborhood.
