Phase 3 lots are now available! We are now reserving lots for Phase 3 which includes 58 homesites. Phase 3 includes lots with walkout and lookout basements and offers a number of home plans to choose from, including bungalows, backsplits and large 2-storey designs over 2000 sq ft. Phase 2 is near completion! Phase 2 included 50 homesites with significantly wider lots. Phase 1 is completed! Phase 1 consisted of 23 homesites with lot depths of over 139 sq ft.
