As June home sales drop in Greater Vancouver, benchmark price continues to rise
June home sales in Greater Vancouver were slower than the previous month. Slowing sales didn't stop benchmark prices from rising, however, as the benchmark price for condos rose 17.6% from June of last year and increased 11% for attached homes.
