Condo prices rose notably in June, while detached home sales slowed
The summer dip in home sales seen in Greater Vancouver last month was also reflected in Fraser Valley, save for the condo sector. Condo sales increased to 13% higher than June 2016's hot market, with 683 units sold. The benchmark price for a detached home also increased 8.5% from June of last year.
