To the south, the site offers access to the Scarborough Bluffs and Toronto’s east-end waterfront parks. The site currently hosts two commercial buildings.? We plan to redevelop the site to include an affordable housing component and community-serving commercial at ground level. We will be prioritizing environmental sustainability, by reducing embodied and operating carbon through our design.
